Paydial visualizes estimates from information you enter. It does not pay you, transfer money, verify your income, or connect to payroll.
1. About these terms
These terms describe the Paydial website and app-related information provided by Rho Tau. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you have a question, contact info@rhotau.net.
2. The iOS app's license
The app is licensed through the App Store under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a different license is explicitly supplied with the app. That agreement governs the app license. This page does not replace it, impose a separate custom app EULA, or limit rights you have under it or applicable consumer law.
3. Free access
Paydial's current release is free to download and use. It has no advertisements, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Features described on this website are included without a paid upgrade. Downloading the app or visiting the website may still use an internet connection subject to your provider's charges.
Availability depends on the app's release status, supported device and operating system, and App Store availability in your region. A website preview is not a guarantee that an App Store listing is already available.
4. How to interpret the numbers
The app estimates earnings from the salary, currency, and pay schedule you enter. Each paycheck is spread evenly across its pay period, including nights and non-working days. Displayed estimates can differ from your employer's calculations, actual hours worked, bank transactions, taxes, deductions, benefits, exchange rates, bonuses, or overtime.
You are responsible for entering and updating appropriate information. Selecting a currency changes the display format; it does not convert money using exchange rates. Pausing the counter freezes its display rather than altering your pay entitlement. Widgets may refresh less frequently than the in-app display.
Use your payslips, employment terms, bank records, and relevant professional advice when you need authoritative figures. Paydial does not provide financial, tax, legal, investment, or employment advice. Website examples and product illustrations use sample amounts.
5. Your data and device
Information about local storage, widgets, backups, website hosting, and support correspondence appears in our Privacy Policy. Protect access to your device and consider where widgets expose earnings. You control your device backups and the information you choose to send to support.
6. Use of this website
Do not use the website to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, or infringe another person's rights. Rho Tau and its licensors retain rights in the website's branding, original content, and artwork, subject to any separately stated open-source or third-party licenses. You may use the website for its intended informational and support purposes.
7. Availability, changes, and external links
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but content, features, compatibility, and availability may change. We do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free estimates. External links, including App Store and Apple support links, lead to services governed by their own terms. Linking to them does not mean Apple endorses Paydial.
We may update these website terms prospectively. The date above identifies the current version. Changes do not remove rights already granted to you under mandatory law or the applicable app license.
8. Responsibility and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and illustrative information are provided as available, without additional guarantees of accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for decisions you make by treating illustrative earnings as verified financial records.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded or limited, including for fraud or other conduct protected by mandatory law. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Questions about the app's warranties, remedies, or license should also be read with Apple's Standard EULA.
