There is no Paydial account and no server copy of your salary for us to access. Here is how to manage your local settings and any correspondence you send us.
Change your salary or schedule
Open Paydial, select the settings button, edit the amount, currency, or payday details, and save. The app then refreshes the widget timeline using your updated settings.
Keep earnings off your Lock Screen
Remove Paydial widgets from any Home Screen or Lock Screen where you do not want earnings visible. Removing a widget hides it from that screen; it does not delete the salary settings stored by the app.
Remove the app's local data
- Remove Paydial widgets from your Home Screen and Lock Screen.
- In iOS Settings, open General → iPhone Storage → Paydial.
- Choose Delete App and confirm. Do not choose Offload App, which is designed to retain documents and data.
There is currently no separate in-app reset button. Deleting the app removes its local installation and data; backups are separate. Restoring an earlier backup may bring back previously saved settings.
Manage backups separately
Your iPhone or computer backup settings control whether app data is retained in a backup. Check those settings if you also want to remove old copies. Rho Tau cannot view or delete backups held in your Apple account or on your computer.
Apple provides instructions for removing apps and managing iCloud storage and backups.
Request deletion of support emails
If you have contacted us, email info@rhotau.net from the same address and describe the request. We may ask for enough information to identify the correspondence, but we do not need your salary or bank details.
We will address access, correction, or deletion requests as required by applicable law. If information must be kept for a legal reason, we will explain that where permitted.
